The Bible tells us in Jeremiah 33:3, "Call unto me, and I will answer thee, and show thee great and mighty things, which thou knowest not." In other words, God is telling us to reach out to Him, and He will answer our prayers. He will give us the response that is customized for our personal situation(s). I know waiting on God can be difficult. But, believe me when I tell you, if you wait it will be worth it.
One of the biggest mistakes we make is when we open our mouths and spill our guts to our friends. The Bible lets us know in Isaiah 2:22, "Cease ye from man, whose breath is in his nostrils: for wherein is he to be accounted of ?" In other words, stop telling your business to people who can not help you. Why? Because the very people you are trusting are the very people who will betray you. They will take what you freely give them and use it against you; and you know what's even more interesting? They will not even feel bad about it.
I know it's hard sometimes when you need to talk and you are bursting at the seams. But, please hear me when I tell you this. It is not a good idea to load people with ammunition to use against you later. Instead, do as the Bible tells us in Psalms 118:9, "It is better to trust in the Lord than to put confidence in princes."
Please don't subject yourself to unnecessary frustration. 1 Peter 5:7 tells us, "Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you." God is always willing to listen to your concerns. Not just that, He is even more willing to give you what you need. If you don't believe me, Matthew 7:7-8 tells us, "Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you: For every one that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened."
