It was an amazing day. I had an opportunity to go back and share with a group of more than 100 students about my new assignment. My new job as some may reference it. For me, it was all a part of God's master plan. I had six different small groups. After my sharing with each group, the children were loving. The teachers were all co-signing on what I had shared with the students. Each one shared how what I shared had reiterated what the students were being taught in the classroom.
There is no way I could have made this connection except God was working through me. One of the most amazing things in life is to have God co-sign on something you are doing that seems like really nothing at all. Why am I sharing this with you someone is asking? I am sharing with you because in my spirit, I know that someone is having difficulty right now understanding why so much pain. Why am I always going through something?
The reason for your trials is not about you at all. You see, God has a master plan for that situation you are in right now. He knows that you and only you will give it to Him to work out, and give it back to Him to get the glory. every Hear me when I tell you this. I know exactly how you feel. Been there, done that. This is why I have decided to take this assignment, this is why I decided to go where God sends me.
Romans 8:27 & 28 tells us, "And he that searcheth the hearts knoweth what is the mind of the Spirit, because he maketh intercession for the saints according to the will of God. And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose." Yeah I know, when we are going through, we have difficulty believing that things will work for our good. But, as a living testimony, I know this scripture to be true. God's word never leave us and come back void. If God said it, you can count on it.
I know it's not easy but I also know it's not impossible. If we truly embrace God's promises in His word, we will live long enough to see it come to fruition. I want to encourage and challenge you as you move forward in your faith to keep God's promise in Luke 6:27-36 close to your heart, "But I say unto you which hear, Love your enemies, do good to them which hate you, Bless them that curse you, and pray for them which despitefully use you. And unto him that smiteth thee on the one cheek offer also the other; and him that taketh away thy cloak forbid not to take thy coat also.Give to every man that asketh of thee; and of him that taketh away thy goods ask them not again. And as ye would that men should do to you, do ye also to them likewise. For if ye love them which love you, what thank have ye? for sinners also love those that love them. And if ye do good to them which do good to you, what thank have ye? for sinners also do even the same. And if ye lend to them of whom ye hope to receive, what thank have ye? for sinners also lend to sinners, to receive as much again. But love ye your enemies, and do good, and lend, hoping for nothing again; and your reward shall be great, and ye shall be the children of the Highest: for he is kind unto the unthankful and to the evil. Be ye therefore merciful, as your Father also is merciful."
I love you and I can't wait to see and hear how God manifests His presence in your lives.
