Twisted is the state of a personality or a way of thinking unpleasantly or unhealthily abnormal; warped. Imagine your mind being twisted. At some point in life, we have all been there; and for some women, we are still there. For me, I will admit I have been there but fortunately, I am not still there however, given the right circumstances, I can go there.
A warped mind is a dangerous mind. It is distorted and bias and creates prejudice. Because most women have mastered the art of cover up, identifying one with a warped mind is not easy. With this being said, be very careful. They may be in your home, on your job or even in your church.
The Bible warns us in Proverbs 6:14-15, "Frowardness is in his heart, he deviseth mischief continually; he soweth discord. Therefore shall his calamity come suddenly; suddenly shall he be broken without remedy. In other words, who plots evil with deceit in his heart he always stirs up conflict. Therefore disaster will overtake him in an instant; he will suddenly be destroyed—without remedy (NIV).
There is help. Isaiah 26:3 tells us, "Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee: because he trusteth in thee". I hear you and yes you are right. It is sometimes hard to keep your mind fixed on Jesus when there is so much going on around us. I would say I agree but, I know it can be done. How? Philippians 4:13, "I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me".
Don't be discouraged, God is with you and He will never cause you any harm.
