Today's post is a reminder of how fast time is passing. We are already in the seventh month of the year. Six months have already come and gone. My question for you is what did you do; and what do you plan to do? I am sure you know when time has passed, it can not be replenished. It's the one gift God has given us that when it's gone, it's gone.
It is for this reason, that I say more often than not, "I will never waste God's time". You see, I believe the more time we give to God, the more time God will give to us. In other words, because God has blessed me, I am charged with being a good steward. Therefore, there is no room or reason to waste what God has provided.
Look at it this way. Would you want God to give you something and then turn around and take it back because you misused it? Absolutely not. It has been my experience when someone gives away something and it is not been putting to great use, they tend to want to take it back. I know I have been guilty of this behavior but I certainly don't want that to happen to me.
So, I challenge you as well as myself to let the second half of 2019 be far more awesome than the first half. Use every gift and every talent God has imparted in you to make some positive things happen. Position yourself for the impossible, knowing that when you do, you will have to lean and depend totally on Jesus. But, to do so you must first relinquish control.
Stop shaking your head. Yes, it is hard but it is not impossible. How do I know, I used to be the same way. God has really manifested himself in my life to the point my thoughts leave me speechless; and I have to other choice but to let go. From the blog, to the CD, and then the book. What a might God I serve.
I encourage each of you to let God drive and you ride, life will be so much better.
