Father God in the name of Jesus, I stand in the gap today for my sisters in Christ and our relationships. There is so much going on in this world that is not like you and we need to know that not only is our covenant with you sacred but, our covenant with the people in our lives is just as sacred.
I lift up my sister and me right now as we deal with the spirit of loneliness. We understand God that because we have a relationship with you we are not alone. Even though we understand this God we still have that desire in our hearts to have someone tangible to hang out with and talk to. In Genesis 2:18, you said, "And the Lord God said, It is not good that the man should be alone; I will make him an help meet for him." With this being said, place us in the field to be found just like you did Ruth, Ruth 4:13a, "So Boaz took Ruth, and she was his wife:" God please don't let us grow old and die alone.
For my broken hearted sister God, give her the courage to get up and brush herself off. Let her know that you are standing right by her and just as your word says in Revelations 21:4, "And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away."
Anyone who is in an unhealthy relationship God give them the strength to look up to your for guidance and help to get out. Increase their wisdom to be able to identify this as what it is. Lord help her to know that better days are ahead. You have a plan, as you have promised in Jeremiah 29:11, "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the Lord, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end;" and all she needs to do is trust you for the plan to come into fruition. Help her to receive this prophesy right now that her load will be lighten and her faith will be strengthened. I speak against abusive relationships in the name of Jesus for this is not of God.
God bless the marriages. In this world of infidelity, expose the enemy wherever he is present. Bless husbands God that they will be able to live by your word in Ephesians 5:25, "Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church, and gave himself for it;" Likewise God I pray for wives that they may live by your word in Colossians 3:18, "Wives, submit yourselves unto your own husbands, as it is fit in the Lord."
For that woman who is coming between husband and wife, I rebuke that spirit in the name of Jesus. She has no place in their marriage. Expose her God so that she can repent of this sin and make a new covenant with you. It is there God and if it wasn't you would have never said so in John 4:18, "For thou hast had five husbands; and he whom thou now hast is not thy husband: in that saidst thou truly."
That woman who has accepted the call on her life to do ministry, uplift her right now in the name of Jesus. Her husband may not understand this right now but in due season, he will and he will encourage, uplift and protect her as she carries your word forth.
Bless the families of anyone reading this today, from the parents to the children. Remind them Lord of your word in Ephesians 6:1-4, "Children, obey your parents in the Lord: for this is right. Honour thy father and mother; which is the first commandment with promise; That it may be well with thee, and thou mayest live long on the earth. And, ye fathers, provoke not your children to wrath: but bring them up in the nurture and admonition of the Lord."
As we go forth in this day God, make your presence known to my sisters. Help them to reflect on your promise in Matthew 19:26, "But Jesus beheld them, and said unto them, With men this is impossible; but with God all things are possible." Because you told me in Matthew 7:7a, "Ask, and it shall be given you;", I am asking on behalf of my sister who does not know what to ask that you will lift her up where she's been torn down. Strengthen her in the areas where she is weak and most importantly, forgive her for the sins she has committed against you and your word. Whether known or unknown.
Position us to receive your word, your wisdom, and your fresh anointing. Because of my faith in you, this prayer has been answered in Jesus name. Amen!
